Seadog Publishing
Seadog Publishing was established in October 2010 and is primarily engaged in the publishing and distribution of various maritime books. It is owned and managed by Mrs. Virginia A. Arao, one of the best educators in the field of maritime business. Seadog Publishing is a sister company of Philippine School for Maritime and Medical Access, Inc. (PSMMA) and PCA Maritime Training Services. Virginia A. Arao has been serving the maritime industry for more than 15 years as resource speaker and lecturer in oral and written communication skills having crewing managers, office staff and maritime officers as some of her participants.

Mrs. Arao is the author of the recently published maritime books namely, "Basic Maritime English Applied Onboard Ship" and "Technical Report Writing in Maritime Business". These books are intended to serve the needs of students enrolled in Ship Stewarding Course, Deck Seafaring, Engine Seafaring, Bachelor of Science in Marine Engineering (BSME) and Bachelor of Science in Marine Transportation (BSMT) as well as other maritime officers working offshore or onboard. Mrs. Arao is also the Maritime English Consultant of NORGAS Fleet Management located in Shanghai, China, one of the leading gas carriers in the world, whose main office is in Norway.

PCA Maritime & Training Services
PCA Maritime Training Services has been established on October 18,2010 as a sole proprietor in the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). Upon registration, it started operation in Quezon City located in Nodado Hospital Building,3rd Flr. Zabarte Rd., Barangay Kaligayahan, Novaliches, Quezon City.

Though recently established, its operation and services rendered have been existing under the name of VAA Skills Development and Maritime Training Center Inc. since 1994.

We envision to be the best Maritime Hospitality / Restaurant Institute to continuously produce globally competitive Filipino worker who will be acknowledged for his:

good communication skills, proper knowledge and effective human relations

It is the duty of every school to provide a good education to their students. Our duty is far more than that. PSMMA aims to provide a quality education in answer to the needs of the industry so that its graduates will be easily hired in the field they are in. We seek to make education affordable to all, as a sign of our commitment in times of difficulties. We extend our service beyond giving quality education as we assist our graduates obtain employment in the sectors of maritime and hotel services. Thus, we strengthen our business ties with the different shipping companies and hotel institutions with a global reach to give our students a taste of global competitiveness.
